Qualitel
manufactures to IPC-610-C Class II/III standards
and customers requirements. In addition, the
majority of our soldering technicians are
certified with J-STD-001 Workmanship. Internal
processes conform to guidelines ensuring
trace-ability of materials and fabricated product.
Qualitel utilizes the expertise of its
manufacturing and test engineers along with the
skilled manufacturing personnel in the production
and test of the aerospace electronics. Rigorous quality
programs are in place to ensure compliance with
customer requirements including compliance to AS9100
Aerospace Standard
and registration by January 2006. In
addition, Qualitel can inspect all first article
to meet stringent AS9102 First Article
requirements. Qualitel expertise in materials management,
program management, and contract administration
provide the elements to meet the requirements of
prime contractors seeking a qualified outsourcing
