Qualitel systems meet stringent requirements of Aerospace companies by having complete product traceability and trained J-STD personnel. Rigorous quality programs are in place to ensure compliance with customer requirements including registration to AS9100 Aerospace Rev C Standard (click here for certificate). Qualitel manufactures to IPC-610-C Class II/III standards and customers requirements. All internal processes conform to guidelines ensuring traceability of materials and fabricated product using barcodes. In addition, Qualitel inspect all first article to meet stringent AS9102 First Article requirements. Qualitel's expertise in materials management, program management, and contract administrations provide the elements to meet the requirements of customers seeking a manufacturer that is qualified to build aerospace products.

Medical

Qualitel is a FDA class registered facility as well as registered to ISO13485 (click here for certificate). Qualitel manufactures medical products to IPC Class II/III or as required by our customer. In addition, we have operators that are certified with J-STD-001 Workmanship.

Defense

Qualitel is an ITAR registered facility as well as registered to ISO9001:2008 (click here for certificate). Qualitel manufactures military products to IPC Class II/III or as required by our customer. In addition, we have operators that are certified with J-STD-001 Workmanship. Qualitel utilizes the expertise of its manufacturing and test engineers along with the skilled manufacturing personnel in the production and test of military products. Rigorous quality programs are in place to ensure compliance with all customer requirements and Qualitel is registered to ISO9001.
