Happy New Year!   Qualitel has another successful year in 2011 with continued growth and improvements.   Qualitel successfully completed the ISO9001:2008/AS9100 Rev C and ISO13485 re-registrations.    Qualitel also added additional process & quality engineers, as well as account managers, buyers, and manufacturing personnel.  Moreover, Qualitel has upgraded our facility with $1.5 million more in manufacturing space and equipment (see updated equipment list).

Qualitel continues to grow at a 20% rate and is on track to exceed our 5 year revenues goals.  Qualitel have successfully completed several aerospace projects and have started regular monthly production.  These products use Qualitel full capabilities including SMT, AOI, X-ray, wave soldering, flying probe, conformal coating, box-build assembly, functional testing, and HASS reliability testing.

Qualitel continues to grow in 2010 adding new team members, equipment, and upgrading the facility.  Some personnel changes include creating new positions for materials engineering, quality engineering, and QC manager and adding over 20 new employees.  Equipment additions or upgrades include Heller 1812MKIII (see below), Nikon/Xtek 3-D X-Ray with Computer Tomography, Cobbs Engineering Jaguar Halt/Hass chamber with temp/vibe capability, board loaders, and Den-on BGA rework stations.
