Modification & Repair Service is an ideal fit for
customers whose volume production needs are filled by
suppliers outside the region, yet need local support for
modification, rework, and repair. Quite often, due to time
and economic considerations, it simply isn't practical to
have these services performed by the source supplier. And
with today's pressures on controlling overhead costs,
maintaining the resources for performing this kind of work
in-house isn't a viable option either.
From
circuit board modifications involving SMT, BGA, Thru-hole or
mixed technology assemblies, to electro-mechanical rework on
box built products, Qualitel's engineers and well trained
manufacturing staff can serve even your most difficult
needs. All PCB modifications and rework are performed to
IPC-A-610 standards.
As
with all of our services, we are flexible and responsive.
Whether you prefer supplying consigned materials, or require
purchasing support for needed components, we can help. We
also offer board level and functional testing on all
Modification and Repair services. If requested, we can even
place members of our trained staff right inside your
facility to perform the needed tasks.
