Qualitel offers a full complement of manufacturing services spanning all elements of the product life cycle from prototypes through repair.  Qualitel offers full traceability in all our services and only use full-time employees to ensure the highest reliability.  Qualitel only uses state-of-the-art equipment and most of the equipment are 2006 or newer (for our equipment list click here). We constantly add new capabilities to support customer requirements.  

 

Prototyping/NPI (New Product Introduction)

This service is geared towards customers who require an intelligent, quick responsive team of dedicated engineering and assembly experts to handle their prototype/NPI needs. Qualitel has a separate dedicated SMT line and resources.  Qualitel no nonsense pricing not only allows the customer to understand their prototyping costs quickly up front, but also eliminates the quoting and transactional delays that so often lead to increased turn time.  Depending on the complexity of the order, Qualitel can often complete prototypes in as little as 24 hours. Our standard lead time is 2-5 days for most assembly-only jobs. 

 

SMT, Assembly & Inspection

Qualitel is equipped and staffed to provide a wide array of assembly capabilities ranging from highly automated to purely manual.  We constantly add new capabilities to support customer requirements.  Most of our  manufacturing employees are certified with IPC-A-610-D from an outside trainer and all soldering employees are certified to J-STD-001.

Conformal Coating

Qualitel offers conformal coating service.  This service is completed in an approved conformal coating 10x10 foot booth. We can do the following:

  • Spray, dip or spot brush coating application
  • Urethane, Acrylic Materials
  • Applications involving complex keep-out areas
  • Cure coating in 2 different type ovens
 

Supply Chain & Turnkey

Qualitel can source all of the components, materials and services required to manufacture your products or sub-assemblies.  Our purchasing power, inventory management systems and skilled buyers will save you money and risk.  Of course you are welcome to consign or provide any combination of components, materials and services you prefer to control.

 

Inventory and Obsolescence Management

Qualitel uses a modern and powerful MRP system to manage material requirements and control inventory for you.  In addition, Qualitel does an ERP share program with all our major vendors so our standard parts are ordered electronically.  Our MRP system also ensure that our vendors deliver orders on-time and JIT. Inventory is protected internally with restricted access to caged inventory storage, and from external threat by advanced building security.  In addition, Qualitel manage obsolescence inventory for our customers.
